St. Patrick's Day Chocolate Cups
Ingredients
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- green food coloring
- green sprinkles
Instructions
- Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in green food coloring and mix until it is fully green.
- Evenly divide the melted chocolate between paper muffin cups. Sprinkle with the green sprinkles. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set. Unmold from the cups.
