Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken, sliced into strips
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ( 1 oz.) packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat air-fryer to 400 F. Whisk egg and milk together in a shallow dish. Combine flour and seasoning together in another dish. Place breadcrumbs in the last dish.
- Dip each chicken tender into the egg, then coat in the flour, dip back into the egg mixture, fully coat in breadcrumbs. Air-fry in batches for 12-15 minutes.
