Homemade Air-Fryer KFC Potato Wedges

Sharing is caring!

Crispy breaded potato wedges air-fried until crispy. These homemade potato wedges taste just like the ones that you get from KFC. But much healthier, because instead of being fried in oil, they are cooked in the air-fryer. These potato wedges are breaded in a coating of egg and milk, and coated with a seasoned flour mixture. These fries taste great served with burgers and hotdogs, or even with fried chicken, just like the restaurant. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

For the potatoes, you can peel them or leave the skin on. Cut them into thick potato wedges. In a shallow dish, egg and milk are whisked together. Flour and seasonings are combined in another shallow dish. First, dip each potato wedge in the egg mixture, then coat fully in the flour mixture. Air-fry in batches until crispy and lightly browned.
