dried oregano

paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F. In a shallow dish, whisk together egg and milk. In another shallow dish, combine flour and seasonings.
Coat potato wedges in egg mixture, fully coat in the flour mixture. Air-Fry in batches for 10-12 minutes.
