All of the classic flavors of a traditional s’more stuffed into a pie crust. These easy s’mores hand pies are quick to make, with chocolate and marshmallow creme. The mini pies are topped off with melted butter and crushed graham cracker crumbs. You only need five simple ingredients to make this easy dessert this summer, or at any time of the year.
For the pie crust, you can either make homemade pie dough yourself, or you can use a premade dough instead to save time. Roll the pie crust out onto a lightly floured surface and cut out circles with a cookie cutter. Set half of the dough circles onto a greased baking sheet. Place some marshmallow creme in the center of each circle. Top with chocolate bars and place the remaining pie dough circles over the filling, sealing with a fork. Brush the tops of the pie with melted butter and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.

Ingredients
- 2 pie crusts
- 2 chocolate bars, halved
- 4 tablespoons marshmallow creme
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Unroll the pie dough onto a floured surface. Cut out circles with a round cookie cutter. Place half of the circles onto a greased baking sheet.
- Top each circle with one tablespoon marshmallow creme, followed by half of the chocolate bar. Place the remaining half of the circles over the filling, pressing the edges with a fork to seal.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
