Preheat oven to 350 F. Unroll the pie dough onto a floured surface. Cut out circles with a round cookie cutter. Place half of the circles onto a greased baking sheet.
Top each circle with one tablespoon marshmallow creme, followed by half of the chocolate bar. Place the remaining half of the circles over the filling, pressing the edges with a fork to seal.
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
