Meatloaf Burgers

Sharing is caring!

Juicy homemade burgers with the classic flavors of meatloaf. The burgers are baked in the oven, and served with a sweet brown sugar glaze sauce, just like the glaze topped on meatloaf. You can also cook these burgers on the grill or stove top instead of in the oven. This easy twist on a classic burger will make a delicious meal served with a side of french fries or your favorite chips.

To make the burger mixture, ground beef is crumbled into a large bowl and mixed with breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, egg, mustard, ketchup, and seasonings. Form the mixture into patties and place onto a baking sheet. Bake until the center of the burgers is no longer pink. To make the sweet brown sugar sauce, combine ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar. Spread the glaze over hamburger buns before adding the burger.
