White Chocolate Peanut Butter Rolo Oreo Blossom Cookies

- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- Rolos
Instructions
- Place the white chocolate chips and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Fully coat each Oreo cookie, and set them onto a plate. Top with a Rolo, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
