White Chocolate Peanut Butter Ritz Crackers
Ingredients
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- Ritz crackers
Instructions
- Place the white chocolate chips and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Fully coat each Ritz cracker into the melted chocolate mixture, and set onto a large plate. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
