White Chocolate Peanut Butter Ritz Cracker Blossom Cookies

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • Ritz crackers
  • chocolate kisses

Method
 

  1. Place the white chocolate chips and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until the chocolate has fully melted and is smooth.
  2. Fully coat each Ritz cracker, and set onto a large plate. Place one chocolate kiss on each cracker. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
