White Chocolate Peanut Butter Ritz Cracker Blossom Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- Ritz crackers
- chocolate kisses
Instructions
- Place the white chocolate chips and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until the chocolate has fully melted and is smooth.
- Fully coat each Ritz cracker, and set onto a large plate. Place one chocolate kiss on each cracker. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
