White Chocolate Chip Gingerbread Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine butter with powdered sugar until fluffy. Add in the molasses and vanilla extract, mix until smooth.
  • Add in flour, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Mix until all of the flour is combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls, and flatten slightly. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
