Place flour into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave for 40 seconds. In a large bowl, combine butter and sugar together until fluffy.
Add in milk, and mix until smooth. Add in the heated flour, and mix until a thick dough forms. Fold in dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
Form the cookie dough into bite-sized balls, and place onto a plate. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until it is fully melted and smooth.
Fully coat each cookie dough truffle into the melted chocolate. Set them back onto plates, and refrigerate until the chocolate has set.
