  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box walnut brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix brownie mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  2. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the prepared paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
