Walnut Brownie Mix Snickerdoodle Cookie Cups

Ingredients

1 ( 15 oz.) box walnut brownie mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies into the prepared muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
