Add in the heated flour, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the sprinkles. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a plate, refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Use a fork to fully coat each cookie dough truffle into the melted chocolate. Set them back onto plates, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
