Valentine's Day Chocolate Covered Ritz Crackers

  • Ritz crackers
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • pink sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Fully coat each Ritz cracker into the melted chocolate, and set onto plates. Decorate with the pink sprinkles, and refrigerate until the chocolate has completely set.
