  • Ritz crackers
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • pink sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until it is fully melted and smooth.
  2. Fully coat each Ritz cracker into the melted chocolate, and set onto plates. Decorate with the pink sprinkles, and refrigerate until the chocolate has completely set.
