Valentine's Day Chocolate Covered Marshmallows

Ingredients
  

  • large marshmallows
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • pink sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, until the chocolate has fully melted and is smooth.
  2. Dip the tops of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, and set onto plates. Top each marshmallow with the sprinkles. Let sit until the chocolate has set completely.
