Turkey Nutter Butter Truffles
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) package nutter butter cookies, crushed
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- candy eyes
- candy corn
Instructions
- Mix the nutter butter cookies with cream cheese until combined. Roll the mixture into balls and set onto a plate. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Fully coat each truffle in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate with candy eyes and candy corn. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
