Tex Mex Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) bag coleslaw mix
- 1 ( 15 oz.) can black beans, drained
- 1 ( 15 oz.) can corn, drained
- 1 large jalapeno, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, black beans, corn, and jalapeno. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
- Mix dressing with coleslaw. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
