Strawberry Cake Mix Funfetti Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box strawberry cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
