St. Patrick's Day White Chocolate Chip Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • green food coloring
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with sugar until smooth. Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  2. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Add in the green food coloring. Fold in the white chocolate chips. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
