St. Patrick's Day Peanut Butter Covered Ritz Crackers
Ingredients
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- green food coloring
- Ritz crackers
- green sprinkles
Instructions
- Place the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the food coloring.
- Coat each Ritz cracker in the mixture and set onto a plate. Decorate with sprinkles. Let sit until it is completely set.
