St. Patrick's Day Peanut Butter Covered Oreo Blossom Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- green food coloring
- Oreo cookies
- chocolate kisses
Instructions
- Place chocolate chips and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the food coloring.
- Coat each cookie in the mixture and set onto a plate. Top with a chocolate kiss and let sit until set.
