St. Patrick's Day M&M Blondies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup mint M&Ms

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and mint extract until smooth. Add in flour, salt, and baking powder, and mix until smooth.
  • Fold in the M&Ms. Evenly pour the batter into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
