St. Patrick's Day Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • green food coloring
  • large marshmallows
  • green sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the green food coloring.
  • Dip the tops of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate. Set onto a plate, and decorated with sprinkles. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
