St. Patrick's Day Chocolate Covered Ritz Crackers
Ingredients
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- green food coloring
- Ritz crackers
- green sprinkles
Instructions
- Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the green food coloring until it is fully green.
- Use a fork to fully coat each cracker into the melted chocolate. Set onto a plate, and decorate with sprinkles. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
