  • 12 oz. butterscotch baking chips
  • fig newtons
  • green sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Place the butterscotch baking chips in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  2. Coat each fig newton in the mixture and set onto a plate. Decorate with sprinkles. Let sit until it is completely set.
