St. Patrick's Day Blondies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • green food coloring

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add in the flour, salt, and baking powder and mix until smooth. Add in the food coloring.
  • Spread the batter into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
