In a large bowl with a mixer, beat softened butter with peanut butter until fluffy. Add in the powdered sugar, and beat until a thick dough forms. Roll dough into balls and set onto plates. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Place chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave in 30- second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth. Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate. Set back onto plates.
Place two candy eyes on each ball, place pretzel sticks on the sides. Let chocolate set.
