  • 1 ( 15 oz.) package nutter butter cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • candy eyes
  • pretzel sticks

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix together nutter butters and cream cheese until combined. Roll the mixture into balls and set onto plates. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  2. Fully coat each truffle into the chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate with pretzel sticks and candy eyes. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
