Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • candy eyes
  • pretzel sticks

Method
 

  1. Place candy corn and peanut butter into a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave until it is fully melted and combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into balls and set onto plates. Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Place chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth.
  3. Fully coat each truffle in the chocolate and set onto plates. Decorate with pretzel sticks and candy eyes. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
