Place half of the ice cream sandwiches into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread evenly with half of the frozen whipped topping. Top evenly with half of the hot fudge topping. Top with half of the caramel topping. Sprinkle with half of the chopped nuts.
Repeat the layers of ice cream sandwiches, frozen whipped topping, hot fudge, caramel topping, and sprinkle with the remaining chopped nuts. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours.
