S'mores Chocolate Dipped Wafer Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- cream filled wafer cookies
- crushed graham crackers
- mini marshmallow bits
Instructions
- Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Dip each wafer cookie into the melted chocolate. Set onto a large plate. Top with crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallow bits. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
