Root Beer Quick Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup root beer
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, and baking powder. Add in the root beer and vegetable oil, and mix until smooth.
  • Place the mixture into a greased 9-inch loaf pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
