Rolo Stuffed Lemon Cake Mix Oatmeal Cookies

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box lemon cake mix
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • Rolos

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oatmeal, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart.
  • Place one Rolo on each cookie dough, and cover fully with cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
