Rolo Stuffed Fourth of July Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup Fourth of July sprinkles
Rolos

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each piece of cookie dough. Cover with more dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
