Rolo Stuffed Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 16 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • Rolos

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  • Using a cookie scoop, place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo onto each cookie dough, and cover it fully around the cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
