Rolo Stuffed Cake Mix Gingerbread Cookies

Ingredients

1 ( 15 oz.) box spice cake mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup molasses
Rolos

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and molasses until smooth.
Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
