Rolo Stuffed Cake Mix Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • Rolos

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each piece of cookie dough, cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
