Rolo Stuffed Cake Mix Cherry Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cherry juice
  • 1 cup Maraschino cheeries, chopped
  • Rolos

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and cherry juice until smooth. Fold in the chopped up cherries.
  • Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough, and cover fully with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
