Rocky Road Chocolate Covered Marshmallows

Ingredients
  

  • large marshmallows
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • chopped nuts

Instructions
 

  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Dip the tops of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate. Set the marshmallows onto plates, and top each one with the chopped nuts. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
