Reindeer Vanilla Wafer Truffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 10 oz.) box vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • candy eyes
  • pretzels
  • red M&Ms

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together vanilla wafer cookies and cream cheese until combined. Roll the mixture into balls and set onto a plate. Freeze for at least 20-minutes.
  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Fully coat each truffle in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate with candy eyes, pretzels, and M&Ms. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
