Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Halloween Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box red velvet cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Halloween sprinkles
  • mini Reese's peanut butter cups

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each piece of cookie dough, and cover with more dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
