Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Grinch Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • green food coloring
  • mini peanut butter cups
  • heart sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined.
  • Stir in the food coloring. Roll the cookie dough into balls and place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough. Roll into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top each one with a heart sprinkle.
