Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Cake Mix Valentine's Day White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup Valentine's day sprinkles
mini Reese's peanut butter cups

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
