Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Cake Mix Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • mini Reese's peanut butter cups

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart.
  • Place one mini Reese's peanut butter cup on each piece of cookie dough. Cover with more dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
