Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Cake Mix Peanut Butter Fourth of July Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Fourth of July sprinkles
  • mini Reese's peanut butter cups

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in sprinkles.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls and flatten slightly. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough and roll into a ball. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
