Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Cake Mix Grinch White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • green food coloring
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • mini Reese's peanut butter cups
  • heart sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in food coloring and mix until it is fully green. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls and flatten slightly. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough and roll into balls. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with heart sprinkles.
