  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • mini Reese's peanut butter cups
  • large marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter, peanut butter, and both sugars until fluffy.
  2. Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Use a cookie scoop to place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Place half of the cookies onto a large baking sheet. Top with peanut butter cups and marshmallows. Bake for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining cookies.
