Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Brownie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • mini Reese's peanut butter cups

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Evenly divide half of the brownie batter between the prepared muffin pan. Place one mini Reese's peanut butter cup in each cup. Cover with the remaining brownie batter. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
